Over the last 28 years, RSI has experienced significant growth in both the breadth and depth of our solutions. RSI remains focused on providing high quality industry-leading software and extensive tax and revenue expertise in implementation.

1996 - 2002

Organic Growth

Founded in 1996, RSI initially provided State Tax Staff Augmentation. RSI’s launch of our tax compliance solution, Portfolio Warehouse, propelled us to become industry leaders.

2002 - 2007

Platform Creation

We began to evolve into a software solutions provider. We introduce Revenue Premier as our first State Integrated Tax Processing solution.

2007 - 2019

State Focus

Building on our past performance, RSI emerges as a leader in State Integrated Tax Systems (ITS), securing 5 state ITS contracts with Revenue Premier.

2020 - 2023

Strategic Integration

Acquired by DC Capital Partners, we joined a portfolio of government-focused companies. Under this new leadership, industry veterans helped accelerate growth and innovation. During this time, we released the industry's first cloud-native SaaS ITS solution.

2024 - Future

Vertical Expansion

Eyeing the future, we're focused on our continuous expansion in the Local , State and Federal market space. With our Government Premier™ platform we've also expanded our offerings to include consultative solutions for Organizational and Business Optimization.
