Culture, Connection, and Engagement

At RSI, we believe in creating meaningful connections and a sense of camaraderie by gathering for professional development that boosts engagement and strengthens our inclusive ONErsi culture. We encourage our team to make time for sessions led by our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Women in Leadership (WIL) Employee Resource Groups, empowering everyone to grow together.

RSI's Employee Resource Group aims to:

  1. Foster an inclusive, developmental environment for all our people.

  2. Spread awareness and promote allyship.

  3. Incorporate principles of inclusion in our policies and procedures.

  4. Offer support and camaraderie, strengthen confidence, and provide a sense of belonging.

  5. Commit to continuous learning.

  6. Identify areas for improvement within the organization.

Building Stronger Communities by Giving Back

Volunteering

Building stronger communities is at the heart of what we do at RSI. Volunteering is a core value that goes beyond our products—it’s a commitment our people embody. Each year, we create opportunities for our nationwide team to make an impact, supporting our remote workforce and giving back to communities across the country.

When we're not hosting group volunteer events, we also encourage individual community service opportunities during work hours through our Community Service Time Off policy. This dedicated paid time off lets our people support the causes and communities they care about, making it easier to give back where it matters most.
